Order Fulfillment

Spore Sculptor will make all reasonable efforts to complete your order. Many creatures cannot be made into Spore Sculptures. For more information see www.sporesculptor.com/information.aspx . Your credit card will not be billed until we are ready to ship your completed Spore Sculpture. If your Spore Sculpture cannot be fulfilled, you will receive an order cancellation notice via email and your credit card will not be charged.

Customer Service

Spore Sculptor is an independent company and provides it's own customer service. If you need customer service please contact CustomerService@SporeSculptor.com. Do not contact Electronic Arts or Spore.com for customer service.

Product Attributes

Spore Sculptures are collectible figurines, made from creatures designed in Spore or the Spore Creature Creator. Content and pictures created using other software or devices cannot be processed.

Spore Sculptures are not toys and are not intended for children. They are breakable, and small pieces could represent a choking hazard

Delivery Timeframes

Every Spore Sculpture is custom made and the technology used to make them is in limited supply. We expect to be able to ship Spore Sculpture's within 2-4 weeks of receiving your order. If for some reason delivery times exceed 2-4 weeks, we will provide updates in this space.

Refusal of Service

Spore Sculptor reserves the right to refuse to produce Spore Sculptures deemed to be inappropriate.
